In the month of April, you have to perform many seedlings in the greenhouse.

Sow parsley, chives, chicory, savage cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, squash, lettuce, radishes, peppers…

You can plant squash and zucchini under shelter, you can plant them in the ground from mid-May.

Sow aubergine making sure to space out seeds about 3 cm. Cultures should be maintained at a temperature of 20 degrees and watered regularly.

In the month of April, you can sow almost all vegetables except fragile vegetables such as sun vegetables or the cucurbitales which shall be still be sown under shelter.

It is the last time to plant your cucumbers by digging holes for about 4-5 cm deep. You should also deal with the pickles in the same way. It is still time to plant zucchini.

April is busy with seedlings, you can plant beets, parsnips, cabbage, turnips, onions, leeks…

It is the last month to sow artichoke if you haven’t done it in March, do it now, do not forget to regularly water the feet of artichokes.

You can start to sow asparagus.

It is still time to sow beetroot. Hoe red beets until the harvest phase which will take place in July. Sow your carrots by taking care to dig very deep holes, moistened beforehand if the soil is dry and spaced of 30 cm.
